Conservative Councillors for Muxton and Priorslee are working with the Environment Agency to urgently address the horrendous smell coming from the Granville landfill site.

Residents have complained of a strong smell of rotten eggs coming from the site over the last few weeks.

Concerns were raised by Conservative councillors when plans were submitted for the extension of Priorslee about the impact of the landfill site but they were dismissed by the Labour administration who have since approved an extension of the time the landfill site can be used.
